Additional Inland Empire Neighborhoods
On the previous community information page we discussed such cities as Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore and Hemet-San Jacinto. Now let’s move into some of the smaller communities in and around these areas that might interest you as a potential home buyer.
Greer Ranch is a gated hilltop community in Murrieta comprised of 693 homes on 550 acres. Located west of the 215 freeway, this is a great place to consider if you’re looking for a home with a stunning view!
If you’re looking for a horse property, try Los Ranchitos. You’ll find this neighborhood in southeast Temecula, and its homes each feature between 2-5 acres of rural-style land.
Nuevo is another community where you’ll find equestrian property. This scenic area enjoys proximity to Lake Perris and the Lakeview Hot Springs, and is known for providing the opportunity to buy a larger home with acreage for considerably less than you might find in other areas of Southern California.
Often times as you search the real estate listings in these neighborhoods, you will find foreclosures. It is important to remember that lender-owned property often receives multiple offers within hours, and the buyers who act quickly and are pre-qualified are more likely to have their offer accepted.
So if you’re looking for short sale listings and bank owned property, please contact me and tell me more about your specific needs. We can monitor listing activity for properties that meet your search criteria, which will help us prepare to act quickly when the time comes.
